We evaluate key areas like mobility, flexibility, and strength balance to create a training program to address your limitations and to achieve your specific health and fitness goals. By introducing new movement patterns at the right level of intensity, we ensure you will progress safely and effectively.
Our Process
- Discovery Call: The journey begins with a discovery call, where we determine if we’re the right fit for one another. The worst mistake we could make is starting a coaching relationship that isn’t fully aligned. This call ensures mutual confidence in our potential partnership.
- Comprehensive Consultation: Once we agree to move forward, we’ll dive deep into a thorough consultation. During this session, we’ll explore your fitness goals, and more importantly, the reasons behind them. Understanding both your internal and external motivations will set the foundation for long-term success.
- Tailored Training Protocol: After the consultation, and if we’re both excited to continue, we’ll provide you with a training protocol designed just for you, along with detailed pricing options. Your plan will include clear steps for moving forward, keeping you focused, motivated, and confident as you work towards your goals.
